First things first.. no, I did not have a death in the family. Now thats out of the way this was one of those photos that really evolved from the original idea. It started out with me just standing there in normal clothes because I had no clue what I was really going for. All I knew was what my lighting set up was going to be. After I decided I looked lame with the clothes I was wearing I decided to Bond it up with a suit jacket. Lucky for me I had just the jacket for the shot, in real life it is way to small for me but for a shot like this it worked perfect and looked great! Then I decided to go with the challenge of shooting all black on black, so I grabbed my black shirt and tie. I also learned how to tie a great looking tie from You Tube so thank you You Tube. So now I looked like a stud in my suit I just had to come up with an interesting shot and the normal looking head on wasn’t doing it for me today. So I went with a looking down pose, and I’m glad I did because I love the shadows the grid cast on my face from my hair. Overall I think it turned out pretty good for being a black on black photo. What do you think?
